We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Your happiness is our priority (right after finding the coolest superhero gear and bathroom gadgets)!
✨ Important Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

Package your items securely in their original packaging (just like how our board games for kids deserve to be treated!). Include all original tags and accessories.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The timing depends on your payment method:

What’s Refunded?
We refund the product price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (those delivery superheroes need to get paid too!).

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we’d hate for any of our treasures to get lost on their journey back to us!
