🌍 Shipping Areas: We ship globally! Well, almost everywhere – we haven’t quite figured out how to deliver to Atlantis or the Moon yet. (Asia and some remote areas excluded – sorry, our delivery octopuses have their limits!)

We know that sometimes even the quirkiest finds might not be the perfect fit. At Yellow Octopus, we want your return experience to be as delightful as discovering our collection of cool lighting and comics & superhero gear!
⏰ Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Your happiness is our priority (right after finding the coolest bedroom gadgets and beer gifts)!
🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene, safety, and general quirkiness preservation, we cannot accept returns on:
- 🦇 Adult Costumes (once opened – no costume switcheroos!)
- 💄 Beauty products (for obvious germy reasons)
- 🎲 Opened Board Games (we can’t have missing pieces – that would ruin game night!)

We’ll respond quicker than you can browse our collection of arts & craft supplies! Usually within 24-48 hours, we’ll send you:

Package your items securely in their original packaging (just like how our board games deserve to be treated!). Include all original tags and accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we’d hate for any of our treasures to get lost on their journey back to us!
